- Regular site visits to the Owners’ Association by our technical department to assess requirements and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Opening, managing and monitoring claims, incidents and breakdowns until they are fully resolved, including liaising with the insurance company.
- Verification and monitoring of the deadlines for mandatory inspections of common elements and facilities by authorised companies.
- Supervision of contractual compliance by service providers, ensuring that services are provided as agreed.
- Review of insurance policies, checking validity and cover, and proposing optimisation and cost-reduction plans where appropriate.
- Handling the legalisation of building works, obtaining licences, permits and public grants for refurbishments or adaptations (facades, lifts, etc.), liaising with the local council and other public bodies.
- Advising and supporting the board of directors, assisting with decision-making and the proper performance of their duties.
