- Select the “24-hour service” option.
- Enter the administrator code provided to you by our team.

What can you access using your login details?
Using the login details we have provided, you will be able to access and view the following information:
- Administrator details.
- Community details, including the monthly fee and the share percentage for each property.
- Your personal details, such as:
- First name and surname
- National ID number
- Telephone numbers
- Email address
- Direct debit bank account
- Properties
- Fees and share percentage
- Paid and unpaid receipts, with a download option.
- Community bank balance.
- Community expenses, filtered by date and amount.
- Accounting statements, including balance sheets from previous financial years.
Other available services
In addition, you can carry out various tasks via the platform:
- Direct debits: change the bank account from which you wish to pay your community fees.
- Bookings: book courts, the swimming pool or other communal areas.
- Incidents: report incidents and track their status until they are resolved.
- Online meetings: participate and vote in meetings via our app.
- Noticeboard: view the minutes book and other circulars or communications of interest.
- View arrears: view residents who are in arrears with the community for more than 30 days.
